Auto transfer goal plan

Hi,

We have a requirement to transfer goal plan when ever there is a eligibility change.

Two goal plans are created based on grade as eligibility, whenever there is a grade/eligibility change, goals added in old plan has to be automatically transferred to the new eligible plan and the old plan has to be end dated.

Please let us know if this is feasible.
