Impact of Updating Absence Plan Eligibility Profile in Correction Mode
Hello,
We have a few absence plans linked to an eligibility profile that uses a fast formula specifying that only employees with Gender = XYZ are eligible. This setup was intended to ensure no one qualifies automatically, allowing HR to handle enrollments manually. However, recently, this approach has not been working as expected, as some employees' plan enrollments are being automatically end-dated.
To address this, we created a new eligibility profile based on the 'Volunteer' person type, since no employees in our company fall under that category.
Now, we want to update the absence plans to use the new eligibility profile instead of the old one. Our question is: What impact will this change have if we make it in correction mode?
