How to get the start date and end date of absence entry in global absence type duration formula

Summary:

We have added a conversion formula for the absence plan. The formula has used the input values "IV_ABS_START_DATE" and "IV_ABS_END_DATE". Now, we want to add the same logic to the conversion formula of absence type. However, we discovered that input values of "Global Absence Type Duration" doesn't include "IV_ABS_START_DATE" and "IV_ABS_END_DATE". We need to retrieve the start date and end date of the absence entry for calculation. Are there any solutions? Thanks in advance.
