Modify ICP Workflow Bell Notification Subject in Compensation

Hi,
We are using the ICP plan, and when the user enters ICP information, a notification is triggered to the first-level approver with the following message:
"Action Required: Administrator-Initiated Individual Compensation Approval Request for xxxx (5079xx) on 2025-02-27 by xxxx (HR)."
When the first-level approver logs into the bell notification, they will see the above message in the bell icon. Our client is requesting a change to this description.
Could you please guide us on how to change the notification subject? If we modify the notification subject in the bell icon, will it affect other ICP plans? We need to use the modified message for only one ICP plan.
