Check Eligibility feature is not working for users with performance admin role

Summary:

For Goal plan entered employee name and date to check eligibility for employee. Check eligibility button is not working when we clicked on the button no result showing.

The same is working for HR Specialist role seeded + View all data role which created by copying seeded HR specialist job role but not working with existing custom Talent role. It was working before redwood.

When we went to Oracle they are taking long time to give solution and saying we are not supporting Custom role.

If anyone here can give solution that will be really great.If priv issue please share priv name.
