Calendar event(public holidays) not working as expected

System is throwing error if we apply Absence Type "DE Annual Leave" on Public Holiday
System is not throwing error if we apply Absence Type "AT Annual Leave" on Public Holiday

Example1:-
Created Calendar Event : DE Repentance Day 2025 for Calendar day 19-Nov-2025
System is not allowing to apply "DE Annual Leave" for Person number 996687 for Calendar day 19-Nov-2025Conclusion:-System is functioning as expected
Example2:-
Created Calendar Event : AT Christmas Day 2025 for Calendar day 25-Dec-2025
System is allowing to apply "AT Annual Leave" for Person number 995941 for Calendar day 25-Dec-2025 without any error
Conclusion:-System is not functioning as expected
