Why are there different job titles between Performance Goals and Development Goals?

When managers are reviewing their Team Goals Center, we noticed that the job titles differ. Their accurate job title displays for Performance Goals, but once you switch to Development Goals the assignment number or a previous job title displays. How can you update what job title displays in the Development Goals Goal Center?
