Organization Goals & Goal Alignment

Hi,

We want to create a Sub Goal - Parent Goal relationship in the system and use the weight of the sub-goals to the performance management. (The parent goal covers the total of the sub-goals, so we won't consider it in the evaluation)

Can we construct this structure with the Organization Goals & Goal Alignment features?

• HR and Line managers should be able to create Parent Goals for the entire department / company
• Sub-goals should be added automatically to employee's goal plan under its Parent Goal ( this will be alignment )
• Weighting in performance evaluation should be only based on sub-goals
• Sub-goals' weights should be derived
