Impact of changing Absence Plan Eligibility Profile in Correction Mode
Hello,
Wehave a few absence plans linked to an eligibility profile that uses a fastformula specifying that only employees with Gender = XYZ are eligible. Thissetup was intended to ensure no one qualifies automatically, allowing HR tohandle enrollments manually. However, recently, this approach has not beenworking as expected, as some employees' plan enrollments are beingautomatically end-dated.
Toaddress this, we created a new eligibility profile based on the 'Volunteer'person type, since no employees in our company fall under that category.
Now,we want to update the absence plans to use the new eligibility profile insteadof the old one. Our question is: What impact will this change have if we makeit in correction mode?
