Redwood: How to set guided journey separately as per Employee and Manager login

Summary:

We have a requirement to display Help text via Guided Journey in the Performance document. But it has to be conditional - Employee should see only Employee help text guided journey and Manager should see the one for Manager help text. Currently, both the Guided journeys are displayed for Employee and Manager. How can we achieve this conditional display?
