When we turned on Oracle Search for Journey, there are several assigned journeys cannot be found by HR users through HR Client Group → Journeys → Organization Journeys. User authorization and security has no change recently.

We followed below Oracle doc to enable the Oracle Search, the last section of this instruction explained how to Troubleshoot Record Mismatches


But when we run HCM Journeys Oracle Search Diagnostics Report, there are quite some discrepancy/mismatch, how to identify the list of the mismatch, so that we can run the Mass Ingest Journeys Data process to fix them?
