how to update and renew a subscription at the same time from the OM to SMC via payload

Hi team,

We have a requirement where the client wants to renew a subscription but also want to be able to update the subscription via a payload. We have separate request payloads for the update and the renew scenario but running two payloads for a large number of subscriptions is not feasible. Kindly help us get a single request payload for executing both the scenarios of renew and update simultaneously.
