Inside the "performance goal library" when adding a goal, is it possible to insert a note in the "measurements" section?

from a first test following this path it was not possible for me: open sandbox with page composer > enter a sandbox > click on tool > page composer > click structure > click section "measurements" (in all possible parts) > Add > Component > Text
