Is it possible to add weights to Mass Shared Goals

Summary:

When creating a new process in the Setup of Performance Goals Mass Assignment and Mass Sharing - I am able to add weight to the performance goals for Mass Assignment goal setup but unable to do so for the Mass Share goal setup. Is this expected behaviour?
