Overall summary calculation: average of goals and competencies converted to a 1-5 scale

Hi Team,

we have configured a performance document with 3 sections:

• Goals, whose configuration is as follows:

• Competencies, whose configuration is as follows:

• Overall summary, whose configuration is as follows:

The client has requested that the overall summary calculate the average between the summary of the goals and the summary of the competencies, considering for the competencies not the sum but a conversion to a scale from 1 to 5. Below is an example:

We would like the overall summary to be calculated as follows: 4 (average of goals) + 3 (conversion of the competencies to a scale) = 7 / 2 = 3.5, not 5.

Do you know if it is possible?
