Performance Document Hide Printed Calculated Rating

Summary:

One of our groups decided they didn't want performance document ratings visible to employees in the middle of the cycle. In Performance Templates, I flipped off (Structure -> Overall Performance Rating -> Manager Share Ratings) and (Process -> Display Calculated Ratings to Worker). And the update processes ran. However, the employee is still able to see their calculated rating if they Print their PDF document. Even though they are not able to see it on the document page, only the printed version. How do we make it impossible for an employee to view their manager rating in this performance template?
