Redwood - Performance goal actions is not workrng

An employee is facing issues with goal management actions.

The employee initially couldn't add goals, as clicking the action did nothing. After copying previous goals, they could add new ones, but when the total weight exceeded 100, the alert notification stopped appearing.

• Deleting Goals: Clicking "Delete" doesn’t remove the goal.
• Updating Goal Weight: Changing the weight (e.g., to 0) and clicking "Update" doesn’t reflect any changes.

We need a solution to resolve these issues.
