Can we adjust the number of items to display from the Goal library? Restriction of 200 at moment

The Goal Library in Mass Assign and Assign as a Manager is limited to 200 items - this occurs when attempting to select from the drop-down menu list. When the number of goals exceeds this amount the list stops scrolling and the subsequent items are not available for selection. Is it possible to remove the restriction of this list OR is the alternate way of displaying the full list of items? e.g. the explore option for an employee allows the library items to display as cards for selection
