Some goals are missing in goal centre UI but showing up in HRG_GOALS table

Hi

There is an issue for one of our customer

where there is a mismatch in number of goals between Goal Centre UI and

HRG_GOALS table. That means some goals are not showing up in Goal Centre UI

but showing in HRG_GOALS table.
