looking for timecard fields api

Summary:

Is there any HCM API available to return the time card fields information including full list of the display value and attribute definition for an particular time card field? I have tried and API like timeCardFieldValuesLOV and timeCardFieldValues but seemed not working. Basically our config defines a custom field like overtime type so user can select eligible overtime type from the list in the time card.
