Employee has to see a goal only in the Performance Documents

Summary: Is it possible that Employee sees a goal only in the Performance Documents?

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information): Hi to all,

our client asks if it's possible that "Employee" role sees a goal only in the Performance Documents.

So they want that Employee sees that kind of goal (so not all goals) only in the following path: Me > Career and Performance > My Performance Documents (for the path see picture below for more clarify).
