An error occurred while attempting to complete the work order operations

I'm trying to complete work orders, but when I upload the template,

I get this error:

Note: If the "Upload Interface File for Import" process is run with the "Import Bulk Data with Purge" option in the ERP Integration Service (i.e., the web service operation = importBulkData), the data to be purged from the product interface and error tables will first be extracted and uploaded to the Universal Content Management (UCM) server account corresponding to the product import process. If you need to reference the purged interface and error data, you'll need to access the UCM file using the following naming convention: ImportBulkData_<ImportJobName>_<LoadRequestId>.zip
