Manager can see an employee Journey who is not in his team

Hello

A manager X sees and has the AAI Journey 2024 of an employee DG who is not in his team. The Journey of DG he sees is not started 0/5 Tasks.
However, this employee Y has already successfully completed his AAI Journey 2024 and AAI Journey 2023 with his current manager Z, who was always his manager before. I looked at his employment history, but he was never a direct report to this manager X before.

Manager X doesn't want to see this Journey anymore. Why does manager X see DG's journey
