Hide Dependent for particular Plan option

Summary:

We have a requirement to hide dependent over 18yrs of age for a particular option. We have got two designation eligibility profile for dependent less than 18 yrs and greater than 18 yrs at plan level. We have three option employee only, employee + family and extended coverage.

Extended coverage is to include son more than 18 yrs along with son less than 18 yrs. and Employee + family option should not show son more than 18 yrs age son. Since we have eligibility profile for both <18 and >18 at plan designation eligibility profile. so contact more than 18yrs also visible in employee+ family option. We have created a family member determination formula for Employee+ family option to restrict any son more than 18 yrs. However, the formula seems not working.
