Performance Eligibility display issue

Summary:

The Redwood quick action "Performance Eligibility" does not display properly. The value of 'Profile Criteria Caused Ineligibility' is displayed across the value of 'Evaluated Criteria'.

Furthermore, the value of 'Evaluated Criteria' is completely different in Redwood UI than in Responsive UI.
