No Approval Required if Updating Goal Status

Summary:

We just implemented Redwood for Performance and Goals and was looking to see if there is a way to update the goal approvals so that if you're just updating the status of the goal, it will not require approval. Approvals will only be required if you are editing any of the goal definitions. Is there a way to do this?
