Redwood: LOV does not appear in Anytime Document

Line Manager and HR Specialist are not able to assign Performance document to Driver employees due to LOV does not appear in Anytime Document.

Issue: LOV in "Performance Document Name" does not appear.
Impacted: Driver employees
Action Taken:
- We have validated the "Eligibility Profile for the Period" used in the Document Record section of the Performance Template and the criteria covers all employees.
- Re-run Eligibility Batch process for the existing Performance Template
- Created new Performance Template and ran Eligibility Batch process
