Management goals in Oracle HCM Cloud
Hello,
I need advice regarding a functional aspect we have within the project.
Currently, the objectives module is being deployed. The client has defined a person, who has a local area of responsibility as the person who must manage the objectives and their fulfillment globally.
How can we do so that, both in the reports and in the application, this person can visualize all the employees of the company and can keep track of the fulfillment of the objectives?
