Webclock Automatically Clocks Employee Out

Hello, I have an employee who says that when they punch in for the day, seconds later they're punched out and doesn't know it until they actually punch out for lunch. This seems to be happening to this single employee. We had our implementation this past Winter and they didn't have any problems until now. Any insight would be helpful!
