How to hide on Going check box when employee apply for personal contribution

Summary:

I have set up the individual compensation plan so that the payment start date is either the start date or the submission date, and the payment end date is set to "no end date." However, when an employee applies for a personal contribution, they see the "ongoing" checkbox disabled and are able to manually enter an end date
