Generate timecard from time device is giving exception related to WDD.

Workday definition has been created to split the punches after 12am to next day. The punches on last of the time period should spilt at 12am and remaining hours should move to next time period first day.

The workday definition is performing correctly in non prod instances. But in production showing exception as below with Generate timecard from time device process.

Anyone has any idea or encounter this error before. I would appreciate for any input on this.
