Validation Fast Formula based on the first absence date

Summary:

Hi Folks ,

I have the below requirement.

There is no plan to the Absence Type. When a user applies leave on some date for example on March 20,2025,then the user can apply 5 days leave till next March 20, 2026.

If he applies his first absence on April 1 2025, then he should be allowed to apply 5 days of leave till April 1 2026.
Please help me with the Validation Fast Formula.
