Redwood: No Print Button for Share and Retain

When Line Managers selected the "Share and Release" button and the Direct report logged in to Me > Performance > Open the Performance Document, they were able to see a Print option:

However, when Line Managers selected the "Share and Retain" button and the Direct report logged in to Me > Performance > Open the Performance Document, they were not able to see a Print option unless they go back on the Performance page and click the 3 dots to print it.
