Redwood: How can i add goal center tile under my team

Summary:

Hi,

We have enabled redwood for Goal management through profile option.

Goal center page is also enabled, and we can see it through My Team → Quick Actions → Career and Performance → Team Goal Center

But We are unable to enable the Goal Center tile Under My Team

Please suggest on this how to enable this.
