How to distinguish a skill is run in a test case or manually in conversation tester?

Summary:

Is there a way to distinguish whether a skill is being tested under a test case or manually? I am trying to pre-populate some skill variable values only if run as a test case. If there is any predefined system variable or so that can be checked to identify if the skill is in test run mode it would be helpful.
