No data showing under Redwood page: Journeys Setup > Task Groups

Hello, I enabled the Redwood Profile option ORA_PER_JOURNEYS_SETUP_REDWOOD_ENABLED in order to turn on Journeys setup:

  • Journey Templates
  • Task Groups
  • Task Library

Journey Templates and Task Library seem to be working well, but there are some issues with the Task Groups page.

The Redwood page for Task Groups show no task groups. I confirmed we do have several Task Groups configured under the old Responsive UI page: Setup and Maintenance > Checklist Templates > Task Groups.

Below is how the Redwood page looks.

We have already done environment preparation steps covered in the Oracle documentation and run the search index scheduled processes, and done the data ingestion prior as well. (Run Initial Data Ingestion for the Required HCM Indexes, Set Up Data Security for Oracle Search, Enable Oracle Search Profile Options)
