Redwood - Goals 'Switch Team' option for L2 Manager

Hi,

As per the business requirement, the 'Switch Team' option needs to be removed for L2 manager in Goal management Redwood. I couldn't find any option in VBCS to hide it. Please advise on any workaround for this.
