Where is the comment in the Redwood Goal Request can be visible for the Manager?

We recently moved to Redwood for Talent this year.

When an employee submits a goal for manager approval there is a comment option to be sent along the request. This comment doesn't come in the request or show anywhere afterward. Team members are inquiring about where this goes.
