Job Change and Performance Evaluation

Hello team,

For our client, it is possible that an employee may change roles during the year. In the following year (after the job change has occurred), the employee needs to be evaluated based on their previous job.

We are considering handling this scenario by setting the Effective as of Date during the Eligibility Batch Process to a date when the employee still held their old job. Does anyone think this approach will work?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
