Issue with Eligibility Batch Process - No Performance Document Created

Hello everyone,

I’m encountering an issue with the Eligibility Batch Process where it fails to create a performance document (was run with the option as 'Yes' for 'Create Eligible Performance Documents). Despite running the process as expected, no document is being generated for the users.

Has anyone faced a similar issue? Any suggestions on what might be causing this, or steps I could take to troubleshoot?
