How to change star rating color in performance documents?

Hi all,

I would like to know if there's a way to change the stars of the star rating color in the performance document.

Our client would like to have them violet instead of Yellow as they are currently.

Can anyone advise me on how to do this?

I guess it should be by page composer, but from witch page please?
