Redwood Competency item weight is not editable in 25A

Summary:

Hi Team,

We are facing a weird issue in 25A, we have enabled the section weightage for "Competency" Section and when we are trying to add competencies the weight field is disabled. This worked fine in 24D and we tested as well but when we are taking a copy now to make some changes - the weight is disabled.

Setting before 25A

After upgraded to 25A, weight is disabled even when the weightage is enabled at the structure level:

Kindly confirm if this is a bug.
