Can "Add" button be renamed to "Assign goals" when creating goals on Mangers team goal center page

Hey team,

On Line Managers, Team Goal Center page, when we click on an employee and add a goal (on both performance goal or the development goal tile), can the name for the 'Add' button be renamed to 'Assign Goal' ?

Is this change possible through VBS and how? if not, what other ways can it be changed?
