Succession Organization Chart shows employee in Direct without Plan if they are in a Private plan.
Summary:
When an HRBP views the Succession Organization Chart for a leader if the Direct Report of the leader is in a Private Succession Plan then the HRBP sees that employee in the Direct without Plans tab instead of the Direct with Plans tab. Is that the expected result?
How can we get the employee in a Private plan to show up on the Direct with Plans tab for an HRBP?
