Approval Rules Failing

Hi Team

We have two approval rules created for Performance doc one which is not equal to HR & Human Resource Department and the other one is equals to HR & Human Resource department

The rule which is not equal to HR & Human Resource goes to L2 Manager & HRBL Goals & Perfformnace Reperesntative and one equels HR and Human Resiurce Goes to L2 Manager and User “Kanan attached sansphot here
