Can we pull time total calculated from Time Calculation rule

Summary:

Hi,

We are having requirement to calculate Overtime and pass the extra hours to compensatory absence plan balance. Employee can have maximum of 15 hours in compensatory balance. If the overtime exceeds 15hours ,then we need to bring up to the maximum hours and remaining hours we need to show up as Lost Hours.

This calculation we are doing in Time Calculation Rule. But we need to show the lost hours as Information Message on time Card when employee submits the time card.

Can you please advice if we can return the message in Time calculation rule /how can we achieve this displaying of message on lost hours(this is calculated time generated in TCR formula)?
