Tax Rounding off issue at Sales Order

Summary:

We have a requirement where we need to round off the tax amount to the nearest whole number in OTC transactions. We are able to do it in Receivables transactions using the “Manage Application Tax Options”. But we need to do it in the Order management side as well for the Sales Orders tax amounts as well as this is an important business case.
