Absence error when editing Existing Absences

I am in Edit Absences in Redwood and trying to add a day to a 2 day absence record. I only have one position/title and am receiving this error:

I was unable to find any specific documentation on what is causing the error or how to resolve. Has someone else experienced or have some insight?
