Participant feedback is no available for managers

Participant feedback is not available for managers to view after the feedback is completed. Questions are visible. However, the comments are not visible by the manager. Any inputs regarding this?

The participant has given the feedback. However, while trying to view it, it shows as blank with only questions visible to the managers and not the comments. as the below screen
