Create Accounting Process is not visible for business users

Summary:

The Create Accounting Process is run by a common user, and success and warning notifications are sent to a specific business user. While the user can see the success messages in their email, they are unable to find the corresponding job in the Scheduled Processes (ESS Jobs) section within the system.
